About the Role
At Tresmares Capital, we are looking for a highly motivated Off-Cycle Analyst to join our Direct Lending team in Frankfurt (new office opening).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Preparation of financial models
• Preparation of investment committee materials
• Support on the monitoring of portfolio companies and prepare regular reports on their financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in private debt / leveraged finance, private equity, debt advisory, investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction advisory services or a related field
• Degree in finance, business administration, economics, engineering or a related field with excellent academic performance
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and quantitative skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• German speaker and fluent in English
