Pega Business Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business goals, customer journeys, and personalization requirements.Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.Collaborate with architects to define CDH strategies, action structures, data needs, and interface designs.Support UAT by creating test scenarios, coordinating issue resolution, and validating business rules.Maintain requirements traceability, documentation, and provide functional support post-implementation.Required Experience & Skills5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology, CRM, or MarTech environments.Strong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, and Agile methodologies.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.PreferredExperience with Pega CDH or similar decisioning/marketing platforms.SQL knowledge is an added advantage.Personal AttributesDetail-oriented, analytical, organized, collaborative, and capable of simplifying complex concepts.
