Role Overview

As a Product Manager focused on Cloud Infrastructure and Data Services, you will shape and enhance the Pure1 platform’s backend systems, cloud-native services, and analytics capabilities. Your focus will be on defining and driving a product vision around scalable cloud infrastructure, real-time data processing, and modern data architecture. You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and design teams to deliver reliable, high-performance platform capabilities that support Pure1's SaaS offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a compelling vision for Pure1’s cloud infrastructure and data platform, aligned with company goals and customer needs. Own the product roadmap for infrastructure components like Kafka, Flink, Iceberg, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure). Evaluate technologies to ensure scalability, availability, and performance.
2. Technical Leadership & Platform Ownership: Drive initiatives in authentication, orchestration, observability, telemetry, data pipelines, and security. Translate customer needs into scalable platform capabilities. Collaborate with engineering on architectural decisions.
3. Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to gather requirements and feedback. Bridge high-level business goals with technical implementation.
4. Metrics and Analytics: Define and monitor KPIs related to infrastructure reliability, latency, uptime, and throughput. Use telemetry to improve platform operations.
5. Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate across product lines and business units to ensure cohesive cloud infrastructure strategy. Align with broader Pure1 initiatives like AI Ops, analytics, security, and observability.
6. Documentation and Operational Readiness: Ensure comprehensive documentation and operational supportability, including monitoring and incident management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience as a Product Manager in cloud-native infrastructure or data platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data architecture, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with technologies like Kafka, Flink, Iceberg, AWS/GCP.
• Excellent communication skills for technical audiences.
• Data-informed decision-making skills.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Experience with agile methodologies.

This role requires working from the Prague, CZ office, in line with company policies, unless on approved leave or travel.
