• Pay based on years of experience and incentives

Requirements:

• ValidRegistered Nurse (RN) License .
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Reliable transporation

Primary Duties:

• Conduct resident assessments and develop personalized care plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide effective nursing care following established standards.
• Ensure compliance with Resident Rights and train others on these principles.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy protocols and infection control procedures.
