We are looking for a (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) in Finance Advisory & IT Solutions to strengthen our team in Munich. Your expertise in Controlling, Planning, and Management Reporting will advise our international and capital market-oriented clients and develop our Controlling Excellence competency center.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex consulting projects in internal and external accounting, post-merger integrations, and in an international environment. Coordinate projects and teams.
• Develop concepts aligned with the CFO-Agenda, including strategy integration, corporate management, planning, forecasting, and reporting. Contribute to CPM projects (Tagetik, LucaNet, SAP).
• Manage solution design with focus areas such as group management & legal reporting, operational management, cost and profit accounting, planning & budgeting, KPIs & management reporting, Business Intelligence, or Accounting Excellence. Collaborate across disciplines with your IT affinity.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, advising CFOs and accounting experts based on our process-oriented consulting approach.
• Support partners with project and client management, develop existing relationships, and acquire new projects and clients.
• Take responsibility for shaping our Controlling Excellence center and the development of our firm.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting or similar roles, especially in strategic planning, controlling systems, operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience with or implementing relevant planning and reporting software solutions.
• Proven project management skills, client handling, and team leadership ability.
• Strong team spirit, motivation, and enthusiasm for making an impact.
