Known for building high-performing commercial teams and investing heavily in talent development, they offer a modern product suite used by thousands of businesses worldwide. Backed by strong financial performance and rapid international expansion, they are scaling their GTM organisation to match rising demand.
🎯 The RoleYou’ll manage a team of 6–8 SDRs, owning the full lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to ongoing coaching, enablement, and performance optimisation. Success means running a consistent, metrics-driven sales development engine that reliably fuels pipeline growth. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Enablement to ensure your team is aligned, effective, and developing into future sales leaders.
💡 What You’ll BringBusiness fluent German & English language skills.2+ years’ experience leading a Sales Development team in a SaaS organisation.1–3+ years in a closing role (ideally AE), with a strong track record against KPIs.Demonstrated success exceeding quotas and developing high-performing talent.Ability to manage and influence cross-functional initiatives at scale.Passion for coaching and mentoring early-career sales professionals.Data fluency and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.Clear and confident communication across written, verbal, and in-person formats.A mindset geared towards operational rigour, experimentation, and continuous improvement.Ability to work from the office four days per week.
