What the job involves

Develop and maintain detailed financial models and performance analyses (financial statements, KPIs) to support strategic decisions and evaluate company performance.
Partner closely with Group Management to develop growth strategies and prepare strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by identifying trends, variances, and key performance drivers to enhance business planning and decision‑making.
Collaborate with controlling, treasury, tax, accounting, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and efficient communication across all financial functions.
Prepare regular financial and operational performance reports and communicate with external partners, including investors and analysts.
Identify financial and operational risks and support the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency in financial reporting.

Who we are looking for

University degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA qualification is a strong plus).
Several years of professional experience in finance or strategy roles, ideally gained in a Big 4 firm, top‑tier consulting firm, or corporate finance environment with exposure to both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
Proven expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and performance reporting.
Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners.
High degree of resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in both German and English.
