Senior Product Manager (Structured Credit) (m/f/d)

Credibur is building the operating platform for non-bank lending, automating the entire debt facility lifecycle from facility structuring and SPV setup to portfolio reporting, covenant monitoring, drawdowns, and backup servicing. We partner with BNPL providers, factoring companies, SME lenders, and institutional investors such as credit funds and banks, and are backed by leading fintech investors.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of our structured credit modules and drive them from concept to delivery.

Tasks

• Own and refine product modules for facilities, SPVs, portfolios, covenants, and reporting .
• Work directly with the founder and a small team of engineers to design and deliver features.
• Turn structured credit workflows (loan tapes, drawdowns, eligibility rules, covenant checks, investor reporting) into usable software.
• Engage with pilot customers (originators, lenders, funds) to capture needs and feed them into the roadmap.
• Define and monitor a few key KPIs (automation level, turnaround times, reporting accuracy).
• Test, document, and release features in short iterations.
• Support pilots and onboarding of institutional customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in structured credit, securitization, or structured finance (product, structuring, or risk background).
• Deep knowledge of facilities, SPVs, covenants, loan tapes, and reporting flows .
• Proven ability to translate financial workflows into software products.
• Experience in fintech, banking, asset management, or servicing.
• Technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, data models, and reporting logic (no coding required).
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach -> comfortable in a tiny early-stage team .
• Strong communication skills for bridging customer needs and engineering delivery.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with structured credit/servicing systems or regulatory reporting standards (e.g. ESMA ABS templates).
• Experience with credit risk analytics or loan performance monitoring.
• Prior startup/scale-up experience.
