Project Developer PV + BESS (Land Focus)

This company plays a key role in driving the energy transition, managing every stage of the project lifecycle from site identification and planning to construction and long-term asset management. Location: East Germany
Salary: €100,000 – Depending on Experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Identifying and securing suitable land for utility scale BESS and PV projects across Germany.
• Negotiating lease or purchase agreements with landowners and local municipalities.
• Presenting projects to local councils and hosting community events.
• Driving and managing planning approval processes.
• Obtaining necessary permits and guiding projects through to RTB stage.
• Managing communication with municipalities and key project stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• A degree in either Engineering, renewables, Geography, Law, Urban or Regional Planning, or a similar subject.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in utility-scale project development for BESS or PV systems.
• Proficient in MS office and experience with GIS and CAD.
• Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent, proactive and organised working style with a collaborative mindset.
