SharePoint Development Lead

Detailed Job Description We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Development Lead who can independently manage SharePoint environments, support end users, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Strong hands-on expertise with SharePoint On-Prem 2013, SharePoint Online, PowerShell scripting, Power Platform, and Azure Cognitive Services Ability to extract information, generate reports, and create documentation from both on-prem & online environments Support end-user knowledge improvement and create resolution wiki articles Log, track, and manage support queries received via mailbox, Teams chat, and ticketing systems Test and establish ServiceNow processes for SharePoint Online updates Maintain, update, and ensure consistency of support-related information across sources Ensure all development & support align with Uniper Business policies, including data protection & compliance Deliver small enhancements within defined timelines Participate in regular project meetings and workshops Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Maintain a positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
