Requirements:
- Sales experience : You have worked in telephone or digital sales for several years – ideally in finance or banking
- Leadership competence : You can demonstrate initial experience in the professional or disciplinary management of a team
- Talent for persuasion : You can motivate, coach, resolve conflicts – and create a positive team culture
- Hands-on mentality: You think entrepreneurially, get involved and are a role model for your team
- Analytical thinking : You quickly understand processes and use data to make decisions and leverage potential
- Fluent German and English
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Development : You will take over the technical and disciplinary management of a committed sales team. With targeted coaching, feedback and further development, you get the best out of your team
- Onboarding: You ensure that new colleagues get off to an optimal start – with structured training plans and personal support
- Analysis & Optimization : With the help of KPIs, you recognize the potential of your team members and implement individual development measures
- Advice at eye level : You are close –also operationally– and conduct your own consultations - no cold calling
- Recruiting : You select new team members and actively help build your team
- Help shape processes : You contribute ideas, optimize processes and thus actively contribute to the further development of our sales
