Responsibilities

• Analysing of defect unit (first inspection of failure returns) from customer (Field / 0km failures) or from warehouse inspections
• Creating of initial reports for deep analysis at the HQ
• Proposing solution approach for quality issues
• Managing the shipments of units
• Being the interface and acting as a communication channel with H.Q. to perform in-depth analysis
• Tracing and maintaining the analysis history for lessons learned
• Traveling to customer plants and dealers on demands for on-site analysis
