Thermal management in modern vehicles is becoming increasingly complex due to new drive concepts and rising comfort requirements. Especially in the field of interior climate control (HVAC), we are looking for motivated support to develop innovative solutions for the mobility of tomorrow. The location is in St. Agatha, Italy.

Your Tasks

Develop and validate HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) for modern vehicles, focusing on:
Air distribution and air quality in the vehicle interior (including CFD analysis and derivation of improvement measures)
Application and optimization of refrigeration circuits
Calibration and application of software for various climate modes (summer, winter, transitional)
Execution and evaluation of homologation and functional tests for international markets
Preparation of technical reports and documentation

Necessary Skills

Experience in the development and calibration of automotive HVAC systems
Proficiency with tools such as INCA, CANape, Simulink, and experience with CAN/LIN networks
Experience with testing in climate chambers and wind tunnels
Familiarity with sensor integration (RFLS, CO₂, AQS, temperature sensors)
Willingness to travel internationally and work at various test locations
Structured and self‑reliant working style
Excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken (niveau C1‑C2)
