Cloudbrixx GmbH, founded in 2015, offers a modular cloud software for property and real estate management with its SaaS solution. The core functions are budget and cost controlling to carry out all measures that arise during the construction or inventory phase of a property and are related to small, delivery, craftsman, service provider, construction or planner orders. All building services are inventoried, and maintenance and inspections are planned and carried out using a maintenance calendar. All results are documented in an audit-proof manner so that the requirements of operator responsibility are always met. Cloudbrixx thus brings together all project participants portfolio, asset, property & facility managers on a central digital platform across companies. Customers of Cloudbrixx are owners or owner representatives of capital and asset managing companies. The users of the software are asset, property, facility managers and project developers.
