CatCap, a leading German M&A advisor, acquired the advisory activities of Dansk Merchant Capital, including the team led by Anders Bo and Flemming C. Pedersen. This is the third international step from CatCap within twelve months, as CatCap acquired companies in both Stockholm and London in 2018. The vision of CatCap is to be the preferred partner for business owners and entrepreneurs who want to make important steps in their corporate development, by means of equity. CatCap recognises a growing interest from German clients to invest and partner outside of Germany.
