Hyundai Capital Bank Europe (HCBE) is offering financial services and insurance products for Hyundai Motor and Kia Motors in Germany and Italy. Becoming fully licensed bank by the European Central Bank in 2019 and a joint venture between Hyundai Capital Services headquartered in Seoul, Korea, and Santander Consumer Bank from Mönchengladbach, Germany, in 2019, HCBE helps millions of customers to get affordable access to mobility provided by cars from Hyundai and Kia. In 2020 Allane SE (formerly know as Sixt Leasing SE) was acquired by a 92% M&A. Over 100 employees from more than 15 different countries work for HCBE which is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In November 2021 HCBE exceeded the revenue threshold of 2 billion Euro.
