Dein Aufgabenbereich

Du erstellst Angebote, Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheine und Rechnungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb und den Fachabteilungen
Du koordinierst Liefertermine in Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Produktion
Du verfolgst offene Aufträge und Angebote, um unseren Kunden einen exzellenten Service zu bieten
Du pflegst und aktualisierst Kunden- und Artikeldaten in unserem ERP-System
Du kümmerst dich um die After‑Sales Betreuung der Kunden

Dein Profil

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen ist dir vertraut
Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen mit
Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Teamfähigkeit, ein gutes Zeitmanagement und selbstständiges Arbeiten zeichnen dich aus
Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS‑Office

Your tasks

You will create quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices in close coordination with the sales department and specialist departments
You coordinate delivery dates in cooperation with purchasing and production
You track open orders and quotations to provide our customers with excellent service
You maintain and update customer and article data in our ERP system
You take care of after‑sales customer support

Your Profil

You have completed training as an industrial clerk or have a comparable qualification
You are familiar with ERP systems
Ideally, you have experience with CRM systems
You have good written and spoken English skills
You are a team player, have good time management skills, and can work independently
You have experience with MS Office
