Through its SaaS platform, Lumenaza has been transforming companies into aggregators of electricity and electricity suppliers since 2013. Within its end-to-end solutions for aggregation of electricity and electricity tariffs under a white-label model, Lumenaza takes on areas such as billing, balancing group management, business process outsourcing (BPO), CRM, flexibility, customer communication, customer portals, market communication (MaKo), product catalog, redispatch, electricity trading, and virtual power plants. Lumenaza’s SaaS platform serves customers including energy suppliers/municipal utilities, aggregators of electricity/electricity traders, and new market players/OEMs, such as Octopus Energy, EnBW, E.ON, Hycube, SonneNext, and Regionah Energie. Under the LUOX Energy brand, Lumenaza GmbH offers end customers a green, dynamic electricity tariff that allows them to purchase electricity at exchange prices and, through biogas, wind, or solar installations, to feed their green electricity into the market at exchange prices via aggregation of electricity.
