Independent work, coordination & control of assigned tasks in the area of accounting/financial accounting
Checking, processing and posting of business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting
Ongoing reconciliation and maintenance of accounts
Processing of open items
Control of payment and dunning processes
Check and process supplier reminders for legitimacy and accuracy
Provide numerical data for operational decisions
Prepare monthly closings
Carry out cost type and cost object accounting
General office activities

Your requirements:

Successfully completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk
Several years of professional experience in accounting
Familiar handling of DATEV
High level of self-motivation and a structured working style
Proficient in German and English
High sense of responsibility, reliability, discretion and tact
Very good numerical understanding and analytical thinking skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
