What You Will Be Doing

Managing and coordinating monthly accounting & bookkeeping
Responsible for preparing and updating data for cost controlling team (monthly R&D cost forecast, monthly resource planning and controllable expenses)
Support cost controlling team includes annual business planning (R&D cost, Investment, General Expense)
R&D cost related data entry (transferring data sets from tool to other tool), analysis, preparing reports
HR Resource Plan / MP Analysis / Resource Management

What We Are Looking For

Good all-round administrative abilities
Intermediate to expert skills with MS Office Software (Work knowledge of spreadsheets)
Accounting, Corporate Finance Knowledge
Fluent command of English in speaking and writing, German is optional
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
