As a Global Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing key customer relationships, developing strategic business plans, and driving sales growth on a global scale.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate RFQs, negotiate contracts, and identify new business opportunities. Your deep understanding of the automotive market and proven track record in sales and account management will contribute to your continued success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and cultivate relationships with global customers in the automotive electronics sector.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Coordinate and lead RFQ processes, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscape.
Identify new business opportunities and drive business development efforts.
Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in global sales and account management, ideally in the automotive electronics industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of automotive electronics products, technologies, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers across different cultures and regions.
Proficiency in English and German, additional language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel across Europe and globally as required.
