Visual SLAM and 3D Reconstruction Engineer (m/f/d)

Our mission at SafeAD is to deliver the most intelligent and safe autonomous driving technology. We believe the key to achieving this is all AI and mapless. Our technology is used by some of the world’s largest automakers and Tier 1 suppliers.

In this role, you’ll:

Implement algorithms for large scale visual SLAM and 3D scene reconstruction
Develop tools for manual and automatic creation of HD maps to train and test our ML models
Build a data engine for continuous learning

We require you to have:

MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics or equivalent experience
Experience in computer vision
Strong experience programming in C++ and Python
A strong team player and learning mindset

It’s a plus if you have:

Hands‑on experience in the fields of autonomous driving
Experience in visual SLAM, sensor calibration, SfM, MVS, point cloud processing and optimization
Have worked in mid to large software projects
