STUNNING YOU is a modern practice for aesthetic medicine and longevity in the heart of Berlin‑Mitte. We offer high‑quality treatments in dermatology, aesthetics, anti‑aging, laser, and infusion therapy. Our goal is to build an innovative, data‑driven Reverse‑Aging model and scale it across Europe, starting with Berlin as our pilot site.

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial leader to drive this vision.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Responsible for the operational success of the practice.
Implement the growth strategy (break‑even to profitability to scaling).
Revenue and results management including KPI reporting.
Optimize patient flow, appointment scheduling and resource utilisation.
Build and execute membership / follow‑up programmes.
Ensure a first‑class patient experience.
Lead and coach the team (front desk, assistants, physician coordination).
Close collaboration with marketing & sales (lead follow‑up, conversion).
Process and quality management (SOPs, automation, CRM).
Prepare for expansion (second location, franchise, partners).

Qualifikationen

Extensive experience managing a practice, clinic, medical spa, dermatology, dental or health organisation.
Or strong luxury/hospitality leadership experience with proven sales responsibility.
Track record in revenue growth, conversion rate improvement, cost optimisation and team leadership.
Structured, KPI‑driven work style.
Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficient with digital tools / CRM (ideally GoHighLevel, Odoo).
German fluent, English good.

Vergütung & Anreize

Fixgehalt: €3,500–€5,500 per month (depending on experience).
Performance‑Bonus (Ergebnisbasiert):
Bonus on revenue / EBIT increases.
Profit‑sharing based on practice growth.
Equity option (optional): 0.5–3% vesting‑based, tied to milestones such as break‑even, membership programme implementation, and second location preparation.
Probephase:
8–12 weeks with clear KPIs.
Continuation depends on results.
