Supporting project teams with organisational and administrative tasks
Coordinating appointments, timelines and alignments
Preparing and following up on client meetings
Maintaining project overviews, documentation and tools

Coworking Space & Office Management

Organising and managing our coworking space
Acting as a point of contact for members, guests and service providers
Coordinating office processes, orders and appointments
Supporting the maintenance and further development of our day‑to‑day office operations

What You Bring

Experience in office management, project management or a comparable role
A structured, independent and reliable way of working
Strong communication skills and a confident manner
Organisational talent and a good sense of priorities
Confident use of digital tools (e.g. calendars, project management tools, office applications)
