Overview

About us My client are a German leading retail company, known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. As they continue to grow and expand their SAP SuccessFactors suite they are looking for a new SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to play a key part in shaping the roadmap and ensuring a successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the lastest Cloud and S / 4HANA technologies as well as the chance to work 100% remotely in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Analyzing requirements and translating them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with existing systems.
Providing expert guidance on best practices in SAP HR and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) implementations.
Conducting workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
Supporting clients in SAP S / 4HANA migrations and enhancements related to SAP HR-HR.

Qualifications

2-5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM, or SAP HCM development.
Strong understanding of SAP Human Resources (SAP HR) modules and their functionalities.
Experience with the implementation of Human Resources Information Systems.
Proficient in project management and consulting practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills.
Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or related areas would be advantageous.
