This position is to be filled on a temporary basis.

1st Level Supporter (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

1. Recording, analyzing and rectifying IT faults in the 1st level area
2. Supporting and advising users on hardware and software issues
3. Working closely with the team to optimize our IT processes

Your qualifications:

1. Fluent German and good English skills
2. Good knowledge of hardware and software as well as basic network knowledge
3. Ideally, you have already worked in 1st level support or in a similar position
4. You can communicate technical topics clearly and enjoy direct contact with users
