About the Role
As a 3D Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for transforming concepts into visually compelling, high-quality 3D assets that enhance marketing campaigns, product experiences, and digital environments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including branding, marketing, and product development to produce content that pushes creative boundaries while aligning with strategic goals.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity open to designers based in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality 3D visuals, renders, animations, and environments across multiple formats and platforms.
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs and translate ideas into immersive visual content.
• Create 3D assets for use in brand campaigns, digital activations, interactive tools, and client presentations.
• Optimize models and textures for performance and usability across different mediums.
• Stay updated with trends in design, animation, and emerging 3D tools or techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistency.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a 3D Designer, ideally within a creative agency or digital environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max, with strong rendering skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and motion graphics software is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of 3D modeling, animation, and rendered visuals.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of lighting, texture, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, cross-cultural team setup.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
