About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team. This hybrid role combines analytical capabilities with project management and coordination skills, supporting both the identification of business needs and the successful execution of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

Some of the main responsibilities for the role include:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Engage with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements. Transform business needs into clear project objectives and actionable deliverables.
Solution Design & Process Improvement: Map and evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, define scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met.
Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, lead meetings, and ensure all parties are informed of progress, issues, and decisions.
Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project activities, manage risks and issues, track milestones, and provide regular updates via dashboards, reports, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
Change Management: Support transition activities, including training, documentation, and communication plans, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or solutions.
Quality Assurance: Validate that solutions meet business requirements through testing and feedback loops. Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and align with stakeholder expectations.
Job Skills/Requirements
+90% English written and oral (at least C1 level) with excellent communication skills
- 2+ years’ experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar hybrid role.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects and deliver business value.
- Experience with ERP systems or Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and project management/collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Service Now).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Project management or business analysis certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with requirements documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Certinia
