Job Description

The Key Lead ensures a quality in-store experience for all customers by acting as Floor Supervisor. They guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring effective store operations. As part of the store leadership team, they drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities include:

Work Schedule Requirements

The schedule varies weekly but requires at least 25 hours per week, including availability on weekends and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak periods.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 1 year retail experience preferred. No supervisory experience required. Fluency in English and German at CEFR B2 level is required.
