Job Description

The Key Lead ensures a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and managing store operations. They are part of the leadership team, responsible for store performance through customer experience and sales achievement.

Availability

Qualifications

What it Takes

• High School Diploma oder gleichwertig
• Mindestens 1 Jahr Einzelhandelserfahrung (bevorzugt)
• Fliessende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (CEFR B2)

Weitere Fähigkeiten: Kundenorientierung, Kommunikation, Modebewusstsein, Flexibilität, Stressresistenz, Ehrgeiz, Multi-Tasking, Inklusionsbewusstsein, selbstständiges Arbeiten.
