Job Description
The Key Lead ensures a quality in-store customer experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and managing store operations effectively. As part of the store leadership team, they drive store performance through customer service and team achievement of sales goals.
