    🎉 The role
    As an Account Executive at Sunhat, you will manage the sales process from initial discovery through to signed contract, turning qualified opportunities into long-term customers. You will collaborate with our Business Development Representatives, Marketing and Product teams, and founders to deliver solutions that meet each customer’s unique needs.

    You’ll have the opportunity to partner with innovative companies across industries, helping them implement technology that makes their sustainability reporting more efficient, transparent, and impactful.

    💪 What you will do
    • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closed deal
    • Conduct tailored product demos to show how Sunhat solves their specific challenges
    • Collaborate with Marketing and BDRs to ensure smooth lead handover and consistent messaging
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company goals
    • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
    • Represent Sunhat at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

    ✅ Ideal Candidate
    • Location: Cologne, Germany
    • Strong belief in the power of sustainability and the importance of compliance
    • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in enterprise or mid-market environments
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
    • Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
    • Skilled at building relationships and understanding customer needs
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
