Our 100% remote team is spread across Munich, Berlin, and London — small, fast, and highly ambitious.We are looking to grow our revenue engine by hiring a driven, resilient and high-output Account Executive to build and close pipeline across the DACH region. About the RoleAs an Account Executive at Secfix, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and close. You will be at the forefront of scaling our go-to-market motion. Secfix is growing rapidly — and we’re just getting started.This is an opportunity to be one of our first Account Executives. This means that this is a high-impact, quota-carrying role with a direct line to the leadership team. You'll thrive here if you are...Competitive and hungry to win (relentlessly driven to close deals)A proven high-performer (2–4 years of closing experience, consistently hit quota)An exceptional communicator (build rapport fast, tailor messaging, tell stories)A true owner (drive deals from outreach to close without hand-holding)Customer-centric (map solutions to value and solve problems, not just sell features)Resilient and resourceful (handle setbacks, thrive in fast-paced environments)Curious and fast-learning (adapt quickly to new tools, industries, and feedback)Tech-savvy and scrappy (master tools quickly, automate workflows creatively)Data-driven (use metrics like pipeline coverage and win rates to prioritize) What You'll DoOwn and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closeProspect into DACH target accounts to build high-quality pipelineRun discovery calls, shape value propositions, and tailor proposals to decision-makersNegotiate contracts and collaborate cross-functionallyUse tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and ZapierForecast revenue and report on pipeline health to the CEO and GTM leadProvide a standout buying experience and ensure seamless handovers to Customer SuccessFeed insights from the market back to GTM and product to shape positioning, messaging, and roadmapHelp build our sales playbooks, processes, and systems from the ground up About You2–4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaSProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotaStrong prospecting skills and the drive to source your own pipelineAbility to communicate complex topics clearly in both German and EnglishComfortable selling to senior decision-makers and managing multi-stakeholder dealsFamiliarity with SaaS sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger) is a plusFamiliarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, Sales Navigator) is a plusExperience in an early-stage startup environment is a plus 💫 Ideal, but not requiredExperience selling into regulated industries (e.g. financial services, healthtech, legaltech)Background in management consulting, VC, or other high-stakes environmentsAcademic or extracurricular track record of high achievement (top university, competitive sports, etc.)Strong existing network in the DACH startup or mid-market tech ecosystemExposure to compliance, information security, or risk management topics What we offerRemote Work: 100% remote work with a virtual office in Gather.Competitive Salary: Industry-competitive local salary.
