    About the Role

    As an Account Executive - SMB at Sinch, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business within the small to medium-sized business (SMB) sector. You'll be expected to identify and nurture potential customer relationships, engaging potential clients through effective communication strategies including calls, emails, and product demonstrations. Discover the pain points of prospective clients and articulate the value of Sinch's solutions to address those challenges. Work closely with our internal teams to enhance our offerings and guarantee a smooth transition for prospects as they become valued customers. Your achievements will play a crucial role in driving our growth objectives, and you'll have the chance to shape the future of the SMB sales team.

    As an Account Executive - SMB, you need to have:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the tech sector
    • Strong understanding of the SMB landscape
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable engaging with clients at all levels
    • Ability to manage a pipeline and forecast sales
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for technology and sales
    • Experience with CRM tools and sales software
    • Willingness to work standard business hours, with flexibility to accommodate client needs
