    Role Overview

    We are an international software company based in Chemnitz, offering tailored solutions in employee communication. For our German-speaking sales team in the DACH region, we are hiring multiple Account Executives (m/w/d) im Softwarevertrieb .

    Responsibilities

    1. Manage the entire sales process from outreach to closing deals.
    2. Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
    3. Develop strategic prospecting plans based on industries and ICP.
    4. Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
    5. Acquire new customers of various sizes and industries, depending on experience.
    6. Present Staffbase's vision to clients and represent the company.
    7. Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams.
    8. Contribute your own ideas and strategies.

    Requirements

    1. Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in software/SaaS.
    2. Strong outbound mentality and excellent pitching skills.
    3. High emotional intelligence and empathy.
    4. Passion, humor, and enthusiasm.
    5. Excellent communication and closing skills.
    6. Fluent German and very good English skills.
