The Role: Account Manager (Russian Speaking) - A2P SMS
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and talented Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of A2P messaging clients.
This role specifically requires someone who is fluent in both Russian and English.


What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of A2P messaging clients with a focus on retention and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct regular account reviews and reporting
• Collaborate across internal teams to resolve issues and deliver value
• Identify high-potential accounts and focus on strategic development
• Share best practices and contribute to the evolution of our account management approach


What You Bring

• Proficiency in English and Russian is required
• 3+ years of account management experience within the A2P industry
• Proven experience and knowledge of the A2P SMS industry
• A strong network of telecom industry contacts
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You should be someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
