Role Overview:
We are looking for a client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
• Prepare and deliver regular reports and business reviews


Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
• Experience in SaaS, RegTech, or compliance sectors preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
