Role Overview

We are hiring several Account Managers for the West Germany region (including Ruhrgebiet cities such as Essen, Dortmund, Bochum, Leverkusen, Düsseldorf, Köln). This fully remote position is based from home office and supported by a strong inside‑sales team. The role reports directly to the Country Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

Develop custom business plans and sales strategies with customers.
Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with new and existing clients.
Shape and achieve revenue and growth targets within your assigned territory.
Monitor market trends and competitive developments and share insights with the sales director.
Address customer needs with tailored measures and continuous optimization of our sales activities.

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences.
Strong knowledge of chromatography and a solid understanding of relevant markets and workflows.
Proven experience in sales with measurable successes.
Enjoyment of consulting and negotiation and a keen sense for new business opportunities.
Excellent German and English language skills in spoken and written form.

Travel, Physical Requirements & Driver’s License

Approximately 70% travel within your sales territory, including occasional overnight stays.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Preferred Experience

Laboratory experience with practical application of chromatography techniques such as HPLC, GC, SPE.
Sales experience in lab consumables or (lab) material markets.
