Location: Remote (Europe) | Travel Required: ~25–30%
Dragon Shield is a high-growth company, renowned for creating premium accessories that protect and elevate the games and collectibles we cherish. You probably know us for our card sleeves, the go-to choice for protecting trading card game decks around the world. Now, we're expanding our mission to support the backbone of the TCG community: local game stores (LGSs). We're launching a new direct-to-retailer sales program, and we’re looking for the right person to help us build it from the ground up.
About the Role
As one of the first team members in this exciting new program, you’ll work directly with hobby shops, LGSs, and event organizers to bring Dragon Shield products straight to the people who need them most. You’ll be building relationships, sharing what’s new, and helping stores curate the perfect product mix for their community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help launch and scale our direct-to-retailer sales initiative across North America.
- Build and manage relationships with local game stores, hobby retailers, and event organizers.
- Introduce new product lines, share promotions, and offer merchandising/display recommendations.
- Collaborate with our internal sales team to develop outreach strategies, set targets, and refine tools and processes.
- Represent Dragon Shield at trade shows, conventions, and regional gaming events.
- Gather field feedback to help shape future products, promotions, and programs.
Who You Are
You have experience in sales or account management, ideally in the gaming, toy, collectible, or lifestyle brand space.
You’re a TCG fan at heart—you know the difference between Commander and Standard, and you’ve probably helped organize (or at least played in) a few events.
You’re a great communicator, organized, and not afraid to pick up the phone, drop into a store, or follow up a few times. You’re a self-starter who thrives in a startup-like environment and can work independently.
You’re based in North America and open to travel up to 30%.
Bonus Points If You…
- Have worked in or with a local game store before.
- Already know (and love) Dragon Shield products.
- Speak more than one language (Spanish or Canadian French is a big plus!).
