    FLYERALARM is an international print & marketing service company headquartered in Germany. Today, we are among the leading online printers in Europe targeting the B2B scope. As we are expanding our team in Milan, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to support our development path. The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact and drive the growth of established clients to build strong customer relationships.

    Your Primary Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of clients and execute up/cross-selling actions
    • Handle inquiries and requests from customers, addressing their needs promptly
    • Coordinate with internal teams (Layout and Customer Success) to ensure a customer-oriented approach
    • Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement to the Business Development Manager
    • Attend client meetings and presentations as needed
    • Ensure all client account information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system
    • Follow up on new products, industry trends, and best practices to ensure clients receive the most effective solutions

    Your Profile

    • Ideally hold a degree (Bachelor) in business, communications, or a related field
    • 3-4 years of experience in account management, customer development, or sales
    • Experience in the customized printing products industry
    • Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Proficiency with IT systems, CRM, and office software
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English; knowledge of German is a plus
