Key Account Manager

Location: Remote | Germany | Full-time | Electronics Industry

We are looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Manager to lead sales efforts across European markets. If you’re a relationship-builder with an eagerness for strategy and a love for fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you!

Your Mission

Take full ownership of key accounts in the European market
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of electronic components
Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the leadership team
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and responding to their needs
Support customers with excess inventory management and value-added solutions

What You Bring

A passion for sales – you thrive on building relationships and delivering win-win solutions
A background in sales or technical products, ideally through a commercial apprenticeship or degree
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Resilience, positivity, and the ability to keep calm under pressure
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Strategic, structured, and process-oriented thinking
Proficiency in English and strong skills in Microsoft Office
