Accountant F/M/D

To strengthen our team and development we are looking for an Accountant (F/M/D) in Munich, GERMANY.

You will be working full time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Autonomous management of financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger) for 2 companies (with 50% support)
• Monitor, reconcile, and verify the plausibility of accounts and budgets
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with the Northern Europe Finance Manager and participate in monthly reporting
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to support management
• Prepare VAT returns
• Support the optimization and digitization of financial processes
• General administrative tasks in the financial area

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training as a certified accountant (e.g., federal diploma of accountant)
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in financial accounting, ideally in an SME/industry
• Proficient in closing accounts
• Confident use of SAP HANA and MS Office, especially Excel
• Initiative and a strong interest in process optimization
• Precise, reliable, and independent working method
• High level in German required (oral and written), good knowledge of English is mandatory
