Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for processing all business transactions in the area of accounts receivable
• Preparation, posting, and maintenance of invoices and invoice planning in the ERP system
• Clarification of open items and execution of dunning procedures
• Participation in project controlling as well as in revenue and liquidity planning
• Point of contact for related departments, customers, and auditors
• Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
• You have several years of professional experience in accounts receivable in a company with an international focus
• You ideally bring industry experience
• You are ambitious to take on more responsibility in the short to medium term
• You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, as well as good English skills
• You have knowledge of an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• You demonstrate high initiative and an independent way of working
