Job Description

Your mission during this flight:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership while managing the finance team.
• Oversee all accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and drive operational efficiency.
• Lead month, quarter, and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
• Manage accounting and controlling topics.
• Develop and optimize accounting and controlling processes.
• Handle forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Support the Director of Finance with financial modeling and other financing activities.

Check your professional skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, controlling, or finance.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or public accounting.
• Experience with cost accounting and financial reporting in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and SOX internal controls.
• Fluent in German and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in HGB and IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in Business Central (BC) is important.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and other financial tools.
• SOX experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
