Accounting Supervisor (German / English)

DiversiTech are a manufacturer and supplier of HVACR components, parts and accessories. Headquartered out of the US, employing more than 1,000 people and generating sales in excess of $500m across North America, Europe and Asia, they are an industry leader with ambitions to continue their impressive growth. Over the past few years, DiversiTech have invested and acquired heavily in Europe, expanding their footprint with subsidiaries in Germany, Belgium, the UK, France, Italy and Poland.

DiversiTech are now seeking to bolster their finance organization with a key appointment for their European organization: a Chief Accountant. The role will cover 5 operations across Germany and Belgium and manage a dedicated finance function to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions. The role will have full ownership of month‑end closing activities, audits, AP and AR processes, tax and payroll.

The role also involves managing a small team of 2 employees.

We are seeking an experienced accountant with the relevant qualifications and the ability to operate in German and English. Ideally you will have exposure to working within international environments and reporting to an overseas parent organization. Experience with IFRS at least, and US GAAP and SOX would be an advantage but not essential.
