We are seeking a passionate and skilled Private Fisherman to join our team. You will be responsible for providing our guests with unforgettable fishing experiences, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

Fishing Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of local fishing techniques, species, and regulations.
Guide guests on private fishing expeditions, tailoring experiences to their skill level and preferences.
Utilize a variety of fishing methods (fly fishing, trolling, etc.) to maximize catch opportunities.
Maintain and care for all fishing equipment, including boats, rods, and tackle.
Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment.
Offer guidance on best practices, safety procedures, and local fishing regulations.
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
Clean and prepare fish for guests upon request, following proper handling procedures.
Estate Maintenance: Assist with the upkeep of boats, docks, and fishing-related areas within the estate.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Safety: Prioritize guest safety at all times, ensuring adherence to all boating and fishing regulations.
Be familiar with and prepared to respond to emergency situations.
