Your tasks

• Administration and further development of the document management and forms management system (you will administer both the systems and the application)
• Active collaboration in the document management project
• Analysis of the requirements for the processes to be implemented and selection of suitable implementation strategies
• Adaptation of the system to the specific needs of the FHP
• Ensuring the functionality of the interfaces to other systems
• Development of test scenarios for quality assurance and to ensure correct system functions, including during version changes

Your qualifications

• Completed relevant university education (bachelor's or equivalent university degree) in computer science or a related field, or IT specialist with several years of professional experience
• Experience in administration and customization of specialist applications
• Programming skills
• Administration knowledge of relational databases
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows
• Experience in user support and support
• Knowledge of data protection and IT security
• Creativity and initiative (e.g. implementing innovative IT solutions)
• Knowledge of modulating processes
• Independent and systematic way of working
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluent German and good English skills
