YOUR MISSIONS

Shape adoption strategies: Partner with product and project teams to design adoption plans that align with business objectives and drive real change across Plant Services
Engage stakeholders: Act as a bridge between plant operations, IT, and leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and buy in at every step
Drive communication: Build and deliver targeted communication plans that keep all stakeholders informed, engaged, and ready for change
Enable smooth transitions: Develop clear and practical materials (FAQs, user guides, impact assessments) tailored to diverse audiences
Equip employees: Support training and adoption programs that empower people to adapt to new tools and processes with confidence
Measure what matters: Apply the ADKAR framework to track adoption and gather feedback

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

Proven experience in change management or adoption roles in complex project environments
ADKAR expertise
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and foster collaboration
Comfortable working under pressure and fast timelines, delivering impact from day one
Experience in industrial or OT environments (Nice to have)
