As an Advanced Quality Manager (m/f/d) , you will drive the advanced quality culture across the EMEA region by leading quality activities for new product and process launches, as well as change management. Your work will follow automotive APQP methodology, Clarios Power D3 launch process, and IATF 16949 standards. You will also support the development of your direct reports through targeted feedback, coaching, and structured development planning.

The position is based at our Clarios EMEA headquarters in Hannover, Germany.

What you will do

Lead a team of Advanced Quality Engineers supporting successful product and process launches across EMEA. Your key responsibilities include:

• Guiding and supporting your team to overcome roadblocks and exceed expectations
• Ensuring appropriate staffing for all active SDTs in collaboration with Program Management and Quality leadership
• Securing training and support for your team in Clarios Power D3 launch process, customer-specific requirements, and key quality tools such as FMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and PPAP/PPA
• Driving professional growth through structured development planning and regular feedback

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field
• Several years of professional experience in quality roles within development and production, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong background in quality management systems and methodologies
• Certification as Quality Auditor (e.g., ASQ, EOQ, IRCA) is advantageous
• Trained in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards
• Proficient in Quality Management and Automotive Core Tools
• Experience with structured problem-solving (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard PC applications
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
