The Role
PartsBase is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Advertising Sales Manager to lead digital advertising growth across our PartsBase and PartStore platforms. This is a fully remote role, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, and is focused exclusively on advertising sales.
The role will target non-core commercial advertisers in industries such as freight & logistics, banks & finance, ERP providers, heavy machinery, and other industrial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for building new advertiser relationships, developing outbound sales strategies, and driving subscription-based advertising revenue. By year-end, this role will also be central to expanding advertising real estate within our platforms.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact sales position where success will be measured by new business acquisition, recurring advertiser growth, and revenue performance.
What You'll Do
New Business Development
Prospect, identify, and acquire advertisers outside of our core aerospace/parts customer base.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential advertisers across targeted commercial sectors.
Conduct market research to uncover new advertising opportunities.
Sales Execution
Sell advertising packages, digital campaigns, and recurring subscriptions across PartsBase and PartStore.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and contract execution.
Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value of advertising on our platforms.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Relationship Management
Establish strong relationships with advertisers, ensuring satisfaction and renewal of campaigns.
Partner closely with internal marketing and operations teams to deliver high-value advertising solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on digital advertising best practices and ROI opportunities.
Reporting & Forecasting
Track all sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
Provide regular updates on progress, wins, and challenges to the VP of Sales.
Leverage CRM and reporting tools to manage accounts and forecast revenue.
Who You Are
Experience: 3–5 years of direct B2B advertising sales experience, ideally with digital platforms, media sales, or agency environments.
Industry Fit: Exposure to digital advertising, SaaS-based ad platforms, or commercial media sales strongly preferred.
Selling Style: Strong hunter mentality with proven success in cold outreach, outbound sales, and closing high-value deals.
Your Skills
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding advertising sales quotas.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at building and maintaining business relationships.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect advertising solutions to client ROI.
Adept at managing multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
